On January 29, 2014, Liberty Interactive Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing it will host a conference call to discuss results for the fourth quarter of 2013 on Friday, February 28th, at 12:15 p.m. (ET). Greg Maffei, the Company's President and CEO, will host the call. During the call, Mr. Maffei will discuss the Company's financial performance and outlook and may discuss the proposed creation of the QVC Group and Liberty Digital Commerce tracking stocks, as well as other forward looking matters.
