Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 9, 2010, OCZ Technology Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the mass production order the Company received from a tier one OEM for its MLC based solid state drives. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
