SECTION 5 - CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective on June 10, 2008, the Board of Directors of i-level Media Group Incorporated (the "Company") terminated Don Chen as the Company's Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer.
Concurrent with Mr. Chen's termination, Ian Sullivan, the current Secretary and a director of the Company, was appointed as the Company's Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer in Mr. Chen's stead.
As a result of the Board of Director's acceptance of the changes set forth above, the Company's current Board of Directors and Executive Officers are as follows:
