Item 8.01 Other Matters
The Company today has begun the application process for uplisting to the OTCQX.
This uplisting once complete should bring the Company greater exposure and visibility and promote increased liquidity as there are a number of brokers who will handle stocks listed on the OTCQX but wont on the Pinks.
