Item 8.01 – Other Events.
On January 27, 2014, Borneo Resource Investments Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the purchase of a gold mine in Indonesia for $250,000, including an initial $15,000 payment in cash and four subsequent payments, ranging from $35,000 to $100,000 to be made from February through May. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
