Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 14, 2020, Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has submitted a New Drug Application to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for its apomorphine infusion pump (SPN-830) for the continuous treatment of ON-OFF episodes in adult patients with Parkinson’s disease (“PD”) whose motor control is unsatisfactory with oral levodopa and at least one other noninvasive PD therapy. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
