ITEM 8.01. Other Events.
On October 26, 2007, the Registrant issued a press release announcing a quarterly cash dividend of 5 cents per share, payable on November 21, 2007, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 8, 2007. Also on October 26, 2007, the Registrant issued a press release announcing its intention to repurchase up to 580,247 shares of common stock in the open market, at prevailing market prices, over up to a twelve-month period depending upon market conditions. The press releases are attached to this report as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, which are incorporated herein by reference.
