On June 26, 2007, Neuralstem, Inc. issued a press release announcing a stay of proceedings with regard to the lawsuit filed in the U.S. District Court in Maryland and entitled StemCells, Inc. v. Neuralstem, Inc. Neuralstem, Inc. previously disclosed the litigation in its public filings. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
