Item 2.03 Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant
On March 9, 2007, Agassiz Energy, LLC entered into a $970,000 Business Loan Agreement and Promissory Note with American Federal Bank of Crookston, Minnesota to be used for general operating purposes. The Promissory Note maturity date is March 6, 2008 and bears interest at an annual rate of 7.00%. The Promissory Note is secured by a $970,000 Certificate of Deposit funded with the proceeds from promissory notes issued by the Company to eleven members.
