Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On February 28, 2011, Orient Paper, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that its management will present at the Rodman & Renshaw Annual China Investment Conference. The Company presentation will start at 9:50 a.m. local time on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 inside the Le Royal Meridien in Shanghai, P.R.C. A copy of the press release is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
