On May 2, 2011, Orient Paper, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), announced its unaudited results of operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2011. A copy of the press release is annexed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.

On May 5, 2011, the Company issued a press release announcing a conference call to discuss the Company’s 2011 first quarter financial results. A copy of the press release is being filed as Exhibit 99.2 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
