Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officer; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On March 29, 2012, Porter Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing that J. Chester Porter will be named Chairman Emeritus of Porter Bancorp, Inc. at the Company’s annual meeting of shareholders on May 16, 2012. The Company also announced that Phil W. Barnhouse was named Chief Financial Officer of Porter Bancorp and David B. Pierce was named Chief Risk Officer.
