Elaine Castellanos, Senior Vice President-Finance and Chief Accounting Officer of Reata Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”), has informed the Company that she intends to retire at such time as the Company has identified a successor to assume her role as Chief Accounting Officer of the Company. The Company anticipates that her successor will be appointed on or before the end of 2021.
