On March 2, 2011, Andres Small submitted his resignation as director of the Board of Directors of Intcomex, Inc. (the “Company”) effective immediately. Mr. Small’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company or on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
