On June 28, 2013, Jose I. Ortega, Chief Accounting Officer of Intcomex, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his resignation, effective as of the close of business on July 12, 2013, in order to pursue other endeavors.
Mr. Ortega’s resignation is not a result of a disagreement with the Company or any officer or director of the Company, or any matter with respect to the Company’s operations, policies, practices or public disclosures.
