Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On August 19, 2011, Mr. Gordon Samson resigned in his capacity the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Director. Mr. Samson did not resign over disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
The Company has initiated its search for a replacement chief financial officer and director. In the interim, Mr. Douglas Toth, our Chairman and President, will be acting as our interim chief financial officer.
