Item 2.02 Results of Operation and Financial Condition.
On December 18, 2007, Red Trail Energy, LLC (the Company) issued earnings guidance for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007 of $.10 to $.15 per membership unit. The Company also announced that it anticipates ethanol production to be approximately 50 million gallons for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2007.
