On March 31, 2009, Red Trail Energy, LLC (the “Company”) appointed Sid Mauch to fill the position on the board of governors that was previously held by Roger Berglund. Mr. Berglund resigned as a governor effective December 10, 2008. Mr. Mauch will serve on the Nominating Committee and Risk Management Committee of the Company.
