Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors or Certain Officers; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 24, 2023, Red Trail Energy, LLC (the "Company") named Jodi Johnson, Chief Executive Officer effective April 24, 2023. Jodi Johnson was previously serving as the Company's Chief Financial Officer. The Company also named Joni Entze, Chief Financial Officer effective April 24, 2023.
Joni Entze is 35 years old. Ms. Entze has been an employee of the Company since November 2021. Prior to her employment with the Company, Ms. Entze served as an assistant business manager for the Beulah School District.
Gerald Bachmeier who served as CEO until April 24, 2023 will continue to serve as a consultant for the Company until September 30, 2023.
