Total Voting Rights
In conformity with DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:
Micro Focus International plc's capital consists of 435,584,736 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights and a further 966,962 ordinary shares held in Treasury.
Therefore, the resulting total number of voting rights in Micro Focus International plc is 435,584,736.
The above figure (435,584,736) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Micro Focus International plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
