POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that each of the undersigned officers and/or directors of Bank of America Corporation (the “Company”) does hereby make, constitute and appoint Ross E. Jeffries, Jr., Gary G. Lynch and Lauren A.
