On February 16, 2015, Anthony Alfonso, President of Nutri-Force Nutrition, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vitamin Shoppe, Inc. (the “Company”), tendered his resignation to the Company, such resignation to be effective at a time to be mutually agreed upon by Mr. Alfonso and the Company.
