(b) On May 11, 2015, Vitamin Shoppe, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the departure of Jean W. Frydman from her position as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary effective May 22, 2015 (the “Departure Date”). The Company has appointed Michael A. Jaffe, the Company’s current Associate General Counsel, as Interim General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, effective as of the Departure Date.
