On April 8, 2008, the Company announced that it entered into a 10b5-1 Plan to repurchase up to 10% of its outstanding common stock. The timing and amount of repurchase transactions under this program will depend on market conditions and corporate and regulatory considerations. The duration of the repurchase program is twenty-four months.
