Explanation of Responses:

1. (1) The Reporting Person disclaims ownership of the reported securities owned by Stream Family Limited Partnership and Stream Investment Holdings II, L.L.C. except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.

Remarks:

This Form 4/A is being filed to (1) correct the number of shares shown as purchased on 8/29/2019 at $10.35 per share and (2) report the number of shares directly held by the Reporting Person and indirectly held by the Reporting Person through Stream Investment Holdings II, L.L.C. as of 8/29/2019, both of which should have been reflected on the original report. Only the original Form 4 containing the errors is being amended.
