Item 8.01 Other Events
On September 29, 2008, Virtual Radiologic Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release updating the Company’s 2008 financial guidance and announcing that the Company is in the process of establishing a captive insurance company to self-insure the Company’s medical malpractice liability.
