Item 8.01 Other events.
Effective June 17, 2008, Northeast Automotive Holdings, Inc., (the “Company”) quoted on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (“OTC BB”) under stock symbol NEAH, will be undergo a 1 for 30 reverse stock split and will be quoted under the stock symbol NEAU. This corporate action was approved by NASDAQ Corporate Data Operations.
This is a result of actions disclosed in our Definitive Information Statement filed on May 27, 2008, whereby the Company’s majority voting shareholder approved this corporate action.
