ICF International Announces Timing of 1st Quarter 2009 Earnings
Release and Conference Call

FAIRFAX, Va. (April 22, 2009) - ICF International (NASDAQ: ICFI) will release its first quarter 2009 results after the market closes on Tuesday, May 5, 2009. The results will be available athttp://investor.icfi.com.
ICF management will host a conference call on Wednesday, May 6, 2009, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss performance.
