Non-GAAP Financial Measures Use of Non-GAAP Financial Measures – Historic Financials: EBITDA and Adjusted EBITDA are non-GAAP financial measures that are reconciled to their most comparable GAAP financial measure under Reconciliation of Non-GAAP Financial Measures in this presentation.
