Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 15, 2008 Aircastle Limited announced that it plans to release its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year financial results for the period ended December 31, 2007 on February 22, 2008 before the market opens, as described in the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference.
