Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 11, 2008, Aircastle Limited issued a press release, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that its Board of Directors declared a third quarter cash dividend on its common shares of $0.25 per share. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2008 to holders of record of Aircastle’s common shares on September 30, 2008.
