In connection with the accompanying annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2007 and filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on the date hereof (the "Report"), I, Ken Maples, Chief Financial Officer, Vice President-Finance and Secretary of Hiland Partners GP Holdings, LLC, the general partner of Hiland Holdings GP, LP (the "Company"), hereby certify, pursuant to Section 906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, that:
