Item 8.01. Other Events
Western Capital Resources, Inc., a Delaware corporation (OTCQB: WCRS), announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.025 per share, or $0.10 per common share on an annualized basis, for the second quarter of 2016. The approved dividend is expected to be paid out on September 21, 2016 on all outstanding common shares to holders of record as of the close of business on September 14, 2016.
