Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 8, 2010, Eagle Rock Energy Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”) conducted a conference call for investors to discuss the Partnership’s financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2009. The transcript of the conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
