Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 6, 2008, the registrant issued a press release announcing that it will pay a quarterly cash distribution of $0.3925 per unit for the quarter ended December 31, 2007. On February 14, 2008, the registrant will pay a cash distribution to all unitholders of record as of the close of business on February 11, 2008.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information set forth in this Item 7.01 and in the attached exhibit are deemed to be furnished and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
