Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 24, 2010, Eagle Rock Energy Partners, L.P. issued a press release stating it would announce earnings for the quarter and the full year ended December 31, 2009, after the market closes on March 5, 2010, and will hold a conference call at 1 p.m. CT (2 p.m. ET) on March 8, 2010.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information is set forth in this Item 7.01 and in the attached exhibit are deemed to be furnished and shall not be deemed to be "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
