Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 17, 2015, Eagle Rock Energy Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing the availability of 2014 tax packages, including Schedule K-1s, to the Partnership unitholders. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
