Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 is a Notice of Special Meeting of Shareholders, dated September 9, 2008, to all shareholders of record as of September 4, 2008, notifying shareholders of a special meeting to be held on October 15, 2008, and the proxy statement of the Company.
