On August 4, 2021, Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the six months ended July 1, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
