Departure of Director
On January 12, 2013, Michael Boodaei informed Imperva, Inc. of his intention to resign from the Board of Directors, effective immediately, to enable him to focus more time to Trusteer, Inc., a provider of secure web access services of which he is the Chief Executive Officer.
