The Reporting Person has provided to the Issuer, and undertakes to provide to the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission or any security holder of the Issuer, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range.

3. The shares are owned of record by HAPRI LIMITED, an investment holding company. The Reporting Person is one of two directors of HAPRI LIMITED. All of HAPRI LIMITED's shares are ultimately controlled by a trust of which the Reporting Person is the sole grantor and sole beneficiary during his life.

4. Represents a weighted average sales price per share. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $71.24 to $72.20. The Reporting Person has provided to the Issuer, and undertakes to provide to the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission or any security holder of the Issuer, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range.

5. Represents a weighted average sales price per share. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $72.2596 to $72.83.
