1. Represents a weighted average purchase price per share. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $38.31 to $39.31. The Reporting Person has provided to the Issuer, and undertakes to provide to the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission or any security holder of the Issuer, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the range.

2. The shares are owned of record by the Pimentel Family Trust U/D/T dated April 24, 1991 for which Albert A. Pimentel and Laurie Jean Pimentel serve as trustees.

3. Represents a weighted average purchase price per share. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $39.33 to $39.51. The Reporting Person has provided to the Issuer, and undertakes to provide to the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission or any security holder of the Issuer, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the range.
