Item 2.02.Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 2, 2021, The Western Union Company (the “Company”) issued a press release relating to the Company’s earnings for the third quarter of 2021 (the “Earnings Release”). A copy of the Earnings Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
