The shares of Common Stock underlying the option are subject to an early exercise provision and are immediately exercisable. 1/36th of the shares subject to the option became vested on January 11, 2021 and 1/48th of the shares subject to the option continue to vest each month thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person continuing as a service provider through each vest date.
