On September 8, 2008, senior executives of GLG Partners, Inc. (the “Company”) will make a presentation at the Lehman Brothers Global Financial Services Conference, which will include an overview of the Company’s financial results. In the presentation, certain financial data, including fund performance and non-GAAP fully diluted shares outstanding, will be updated from data previously reported. The Company is furnishing to the Securities and Exchange Commission the presentation to be made by its senior executives at the conference as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, which is incorporated herein by reference.
