On September 16, 2010 Richard J Vanderpool resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, Chino Commercial Bank, N.A. Mr. Vanderpool resigned his position as director of the Company and subsidiary in order to allow him more time to devote to his family and the operation of his business.
