CYBRA Corporation is unable to file its Form 10-KSB for the year ended December 31, 2007 (the “Form 10-KSB”) within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense, because it requires additional time to review and complete its Form 10-KSB and accompanying financial statements due to its limited financial resources and available personnel.

CYBRA Corporation anticipates that its operating loss for the year ended December 31, 2007 will exceed its operating loss of approximately $500,000 for the year ended December 31, 2006, due to increased R&D expenses in the development of a new product incurred in the year ended December 31, 2007.
