1. Received in exchange for 1,500 shares of Cohen & Steers Global Income Builder, Inc. (INB) common stock in connection with reorganization of INB with and into Cohen Steers Infrastructure Fund, Inc. (UTF) (the Reorganization). On the effective date of the Reorganization, the closing net asset value (NAV) of INB's common stock was $9.7736 per share, and the closing NAV of UTF's common stock was $27.7223 per share.
