On May 30, 2013, Glu Mobile Inc. (the “Company”) hosted an analyst and investor day at which it discussed matters related to its business and reaffirmed its financial guidance for the second quarter of 2013 and the full year ending December 31, 2013. The Company used supplemental slides during this analyst and investor day, which slides are both available on the Company’s corporate website atwww.glu.com/investors and are attached as Exhibit 99.01 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The information contained on the Company’s website is not incorporated into this Current Report.
