Explanation of Responses:

1. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive 1 share of the issuer's Class A Common Stock upon settlement.

2. The RSUs shall fully vest on the earlier of (a) the date of the 2024 annual meeting of the issuer's shareholders, and (b) June 16, 2024, subject to continued service through the vesting date.

3. This amended Form 4 is being filed solely to correct an inadvertent error in the number of securities beneficially owned following this reported transaction on the Form 4 filed on June 20, 2023. All other information reported in the Form 4 remains the same.
